My daughter is 15 years old and since childhood she was a chubby baby. Earlier its like okay when she will grow up she will be back in shape but nothing like such happened. Now she feel underconfident so i wanted to know a good diet and exercise chart to keep her under correct weight and healthy.

Hello Dear

First of all I would suggest you to keep your child upbeat, keep supporting your child in every phase of life, Losing weight is not a big deal, if we keep a little patience and focus on our diet then it can be done easily. So tell your daughter to take healthy food, cut off sugar, rice, potatoes, oily food, packaged food etc. Give her plenty of water in a day, if she would able to drink hot water every morning this will effect much better and sooner for weight loose. Do yoga or exercises on daily bases and take 1 hour time for dance at home this is best exercise , take light meal in dinner time.These small tips will help your daughter very much, if she does it everyday keep patience and stay positive
