Hi dear... not actually average persons most of the people are spending time on social media. Their reason for doing it is for time pass and to spend make their leisure as stress free time. Social media occupied a large space in everyone's life by imposing interesting topics all the time so, people give importance to it than family. They should also care for family who are in the need of their part and presence in every situation. This is possible when there exists a limit to surf social media. Most of the relationships going wrong and many lives are getting disturbed due to this social media. So, I even support your idea to impose limits and restrictions regarding the usage of social media.
