Hello dear,Hope you are doing good. Since your child is growing try to give her healthy food, give homemade food and avoid packaged foods. Give more of vegetables, fruits, pulses, milk and milk product, if you are a non- vegetarian then give eggs, chicken and fish. Try to give a balanced diet, but avoid force feeding. Let the child decide the quantity of food.
