Congratulations on your delivery. Bleeding also known as lochia after delivery is normal. Generally bright red and a little heavy bleeding is there in the first 10 days. After that it lightens and then it stays for 4-6 weeks. But if the flow is heavier or the clots is bigger then the size of a plum and there is continous heavy flow, then please consult the doctor dear.
