Recently I registered a case on my in-laws due to pressure for baby boy. Now it-seems my attorney is not effective, can I change my attorney in between now? Please suggest

Hi dear,

Yes, you can definetly change ur attorney. But there is simple procedure to follow. You need to take permission from the court with a written request which you can get it done with help with the new attorney. Also you need to get a no objection certificate (NOC)from your current attorney.

Incase your attorney refuses to give noc, then you can appeal against the attorney in the court.
