Hi Dear, clogged milk ducts are very normal, there are many ducts which if not cleaned properly might get clogged. So the only issue is cleaning. dont scrub. Just follow 1 simple step, take a bowl of hot water or warm water with 2 cotton balls. Before feed clean the aerola with warm water and baby lips also. Now after feed clean the aerola again and baby lips with warm water using second cotton ball. repeat the step with every feed your ducts will open soon and will never clog again.
