Hai dear I also facing same issue while making Parathas then my bhabhi suggest me that whenever v have to cook Parathas wheat dough should be soft as the filling ..ND in filling have to add some dry wheat flour,or Dry coriander powder or plain bhujia..then filling never comes out from Parathas. I try it ND my Parathas are superb..u can try it dear..
