Need suggestion how to increase afi level..
Hello beautiful moms I m in 3 trimester my afi s low . Dr tells me its 7 . Is it low nd how can I increase it . Any one have idea abht this .
Congratulations for pregnancy dear ur afi s low it should be between 10 to 18 cm.. so take 8 to 10 glass water ,3 to 4 ltr liquids as buttermilk ,coconut water,lemonate, fresh fruit, watermelon ,muskmelon too nd take medicine according to ur drs prescription..try it dear ..take care
