Hi dear from the time of lockdown I have been taking green leafy vegetables like spinach well blended in mixer grinder. Add in some salt and have it weekly twice. Also we can use n number of vegetables like water rich - cucumber etc

Iam having a really a hard time with my stubborn child, please suggest me
