Any permanent solution to get rid of these dark circles?
I have dark circles around my eyes. I have been trying for vitamin e capsules but its not effective. Any permanent solution to get rid of these dark circles?

im 8 wks pregnant when i was 5 wks i weighed 70kg and now im 80kg
Hello im 8 wks pregnant when i was 5 wks i weighed 70kg and now im 80kg, i almost died i cant believe it 10kg in 3 weeks and im hardly eating, vomiting constantly, i noticed my first stretch marks today too ???????? please can someone tell me if this is what they have experienced?

Can i have jaggery if i have diabetes?
Can we take jaggery in case of diabetes? whats the alternative or replacement of sugar for diabetic patients?
Yes diabetic patients can eat palm (khajur) jaggery in controlled quantities.However, make sure that these are not adulterated and are not mixed with sugar, sugarcane jaggery or any other sweetener.
