Hey dear this a my first pregnancy too .I also have confusion abht that my friends advised me as v have to wait until periods missed because missed period s a first symptom.of pregnancy..so after 8 to 10.days of missed period she advised me to do home pregnancy test or go for beta hcg blood test by that u ll be sure abht pregnancy. I.also do test after 8 to 10 days of missed period too .U can try it dear ..best of luck

Hey congratulations for pregnancy dear constipation s common problem in pregnancy but papaya s not safe its harmful so avoid it...avoid oily spicy junk food take plenty of liquids nd water, go 4 walk ,take 8 to 10 glass water ,3 to 4 or liquids daily ,take buttermilk ,coconut water,fresh fruit juices, lemonate too .take warm water in early morning too .take care ..

Hii dear it's a perfect time for going play group ..as I also sent my kid in play school in 2 years nd 2 month too as in play school they learn how sit ,eat food ,colouring ,painting ,crafting, holding pencils ,crayons ,dancing ,rhymes etc. They learn hw to share things wit friends too..so ur decision a right . U should sent ur kid in play school. U ll see ur kid ll be more active too..take care best wishes.

Hey dear I understand her suitation .after marriage I also think abht that.as u don't want baby at least 1 year. Then I consult to gynologist she tell me there r so many options as birth control pills ,Injection for 3 months ,nd safest way s condoms ..all methods r safe . V use condoms while sex till 1 year .nd after that I plan 4 baby ..u can advised all methods to her ..she can choose any of them .all r safe ..take care

Hii beautiful ..dear low breast milk a a very common problem in all mothers. Same happens to me after 1 delivery..so dear don't take stress..I was taking shatavar churn wit milk twice a day wit 1 glass warm milk,green vegetables,fresh fruits, oats ,ragi daliya, nuts regularly..I also add fenugreek seeds too it's also helpful . U can try it dear . It's very helpful . Dear raw papaya s also helpful too ..dear try it ..its works for me . Nd I continue breast milk till 1 year too. U can try it ..take care
