Pregnancy time nd facing back nd neck pain..
I m in 2 trimester nd facing back pain nd neck pain ..not able to sleep ,sit properly ..what should I do..can i apply moov or idonex. ..pls suggest

Congratulations for pregnancy dear due to physical changes back nd neck pain s common in pregnancy . Dont worry .but avoid using moov or any pain relief balm it could harm the unborn child or cause problems at delivery..so instead of this apply warm mustard oil on ur back nd neck ,give warm compress ,wear clothes according to weather ,take rest ,take turmeric milk too ..take care

AFI goes down in pregnancy . Need suggestions
Hllo guys yesterday I get to know my afi level s 3 only.. pathology dr s saying its low ..what should I do..is it risky ..

Congratulations for pregnancy dear yes ur afi s too low ..its not good for baby..same happens to me I afraid nd consult to dr she suggest me some medicines nd advised me to take 8 to 10 glass water ,3 to 4 ltr liquids daily ,take coconut water ,lemonate ,fresh fruit juices nd fruits rich wit water as musmelon,watermelon too .I try it nd my afi level increase too .u can try it dear ..take care happy pregnancy

Hey baby products for gift on shower party a a good idea ..last month I also went on shower party I hgive gift hamper of mamaearth baby products. As i m also using manaearth baby products for my baby too .I also give mamaearth shampoo ,soap ,oil nd another manaearth items too .u can give gift pack of mamaearth baby products too .

Fever comes again nd again . What should I do
Guys in these days my health s not good ..dont know why fever s coming nd again. As I take paracetamol its goes nd again within 8 10 days again comes. What a reason .what should I do ..

Hey gud morning dear .dear fever again nd again not a good sign it's a symptom of any infection .so once consult to ur physician nd go for CBC, xray nd crp test . In these test u can know the actual reason ..same happens to me then I get to know my ESR s high that's why fever s coming . So dr gives antibiotics nd my fever goes finally ..so consult to ur dr .take healthy diet, plenty of liquids nd water too take care..

Need tips to make soft dahi bars.
Guys how r u all .. as v all know upcoming sunday v ll celebrate diwali. As in my home all family members comes I m planning to make Dahi bara..but always its make hard..what u guys add in bara..so that it became soft ..pls gives ur suggestions .

Hey dear same happens to me ..then I leave making dahi bara. Then my friend gives me recipe ..she told me first soak the urad nd mong dal for 2 3 hours nd then grind it ..add salt ,1 pinch soda nd mix it well In same direction for 10 min ..nd then make bara. Then put it in hot water nd dip for 10 min then pour it properly nd then add in dahi . Touch wood its became soo soft as market . U can try it

Hey good morning congratulations for pregnancy. Dear little bleeding or spotting is normal in early pregnancy. Dear same happens to me .dr tells me when the fertilized egg implants to the border line of uterus then 20 to 25%face spotting bleeding in early pregnancy ..so consult to ur dr nd go for scan. Take rest ,avoid sex ,avoid carry heavy things, avoid papaya ,pineapple nd black grapes too ..take care happy pregnancy

Congratulation for pregnancy ..dear i also have same confusion my dr tells me . dates r safe in pregmancy but avoid it in 1nd 2 trimester its hot by nature so avoid it .if ur sugar level s normal u can take dates after 37 weeks then its safe as its prepare body for labour..so in 1nd 2 trimester avoid it nd after 37/werks u can take it in a limited quantity only..take care happy pregnancy.

Hii dear hair fall s due to dandruff so dear u should do oiling to ur kids scalp daily twice a day . same happens to my son my friends suggest me to use mamaearth hair oil nd shampoo ..i start using it ..i apply hair oil twice a day nd use shampoo twice in a week .nd within 1 month of using it his dandruff reduce nd hair fall stops ..u can try it dear..

Good morning dear its happens to me also ..my dr advised me to sleep 8 to 10 hours per day , take balanced diet , avpid stress , take rest nd suggest multivitamin too ..i try it nd wit that i start applying mamaearth bye bye dark circl cream too .its also work for me .. U can try all these too .hope it ll work for u too.
