Nahi, company aapko sirf pregnant hone ki wajah se job se nahi nikal sakti. Maternity Benefit Act, 1961 ke according, pregnancy ke basis par kisi ko terminate karna illegal hai, chahe aap probation period mein hi kyun na hon. Paid maternity leave aapka legal right hai, bas condition yeh hai ki aapne delivery date se pehle pichle 12 months mein us company mein kam se kam 80 days kaam kiya ho. Eligibility poori hone par aap 26 weeks ki full paid leave lene ke liye haqdaar hain. Aapke liye zaroori tips: Bilkul ghabraiye mat aur tension mat lijiye! Apne HR... See more

How do busy Indian mothers genuinely make time for self-care and beauty rituals amidst daily demands?
How do busy Indian mothers genuinely make time for self-care and beauty rituals amidst daily demands?

Dear Indian mother, balancing daily demands with self-care feels challenging, but it's absolutely possible by redefining what self-care means. Instead of grand, time-consuming rituals, think of small, consistent moments. Many mothers find success by integrating beauty and wellness into their existing routines. For instance, apply a quick face pack while preparing breakfast or tending to dinner, or massage hair oil while helping children with homework. These are not extra tasks, but smart ways to multitask effectively, ensuring you nurture yourself without disrupting your schedule. Prioritize quick, impactful rituals: a few minutes for a hydrating serum, a refreshing spritz, or a... See more

It's completely understandable to be worried about your children's eye health with so much screen time. Many mothers are facing this challenge. First, ensure they take regular breaks – encourage the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. This helps relax their eye muscles. Make sure their study space has good lighting and that the screen is at arm's length, slightly below eye level. Encourage them to blink more often and gently splash cool water on their eyes after classes. A diet rich in Vitamin A (like carrots and green leafy vegetables) and... See more

Dry nd dull skin as winter starts. Pls suggest good moisturizer
Guys can u pls tell my skin became soo dry nd dull as winter starts..I m using vaseline body lotion ..but still same..???? pls suggest good moisturizer which makes my skin soft nd shiny..

Winters can be quite harsh on our skin, making it dry and dull. Vaseline lotion might not be enough for intense dryness, as lotions are generally lighter. For softer, shinier skin, try switching to a richer body butter or a thick moisturizing cream instead of a lotion. Look for products containing ingredients like shea butter, cocoa butter, almond oil, or ceramides. Many brands widely available in India, such as Nivea Creme (the blue tin), Dove's rich body milks, or products from Biotique and Mamaearth, offer excellent heavy-duty moisturizers perfect for winter. Apply it generously right after a bath on slightly... See more

Vomiting sensation in pregnancy
It’s my 3rd month and I am still facing vomiting sensation . I don’t feel like eating anything always full as if I am having acidity .i lost 2 kgs also . I am worried about my baby . Can u help me on this ?
My Answer | Total 1 vote
Answered 2 weeks ago
Please do not worry; morning sickness and acidity are extremely common during the first trimester, and losing 1–2 kgs initially is very normal. Your baby is tiny right now and receives all necessary nourishment from your body's reserves. To manage the constant full feeling, switch to small, frequent meals every two hours instead of three big meals. Keep dry snacks like plain biscuits or roasted makhana near your bed and eat a few bites before standing up in the morning. For instant relief from nausea and gas, sip on fresh nimbu pani, coconut water, or warm ginger tea throughout the... See more

Is it safe to give to give honey to infants
Meri Saasu maa new born baby ko honey dene ko bol Rahi hai kya use Dena chahiye plz suggest..any one have idea..

Beta, main samajh sakti hoon ki saasu maa ki baat ko mana karna mushkil hota hai, lekin new born babies ko honey dena bilkul safe nahi hota. Ek saal se chhote bachchon ko honey dene se unhe infantile botulism ho sakta hai, jo ek serious bimari hai aur bacche ke liye khatarnak ho sakti hai. Honey mein kuch bacteria spores ho sakte hain jo infants ke digestive system mein grow kar sakte hain. Isliye, please apne naye born bacche ko honey na dein. Aap apni saasu maa ko pyaar se samjha sakti hain ki doctor ne bhi mana kiya hai... See more

Taking time for yourself helps you recharge so you can care for your family even better! Start your morning with a 5-minute "Chai Mindfulness" routine. Instead of rushing, sit peacefully with your warm cup of ginger-tulsi tea or haldi water, sip slowly, and take deep breaths before the household wakes up. Another quick ritual is a 10-minute warm coconut or sesame oil Champi (head massage) right before your bath. It instantly cools your body, releases tension, and leaves you feeling deeply relaxed. At bedtime, try the traditional practice of Padabhyanga (foot massage). Spend just 3 minutes massaging warm ghee or... See more
