Dear mommies I really need help.. I’m scared of these Online classes ????. As we all know eyes are sensitive & important organs of our body. Children watching any electronic gadget for hours is literally something worse. Classes & teachers are helping children very much. I really must appreciate the efforts of teachers. But from few days my children are having light eye pain. Hence how do I recover my kids from this. TIA
I know this is a big problem for children, I would suggest you to take some break for online classes and take time for children, help them in studies, give healthy diet to you children and do some light exercises for eyes so that eyes doesn't effect like you can ask with a eyes specialist for some light exercises so you can do the same with your children. Give soaked badaam in the morning with milk. Add green vegetables in children diet and add more fruits. Sleep is must for children for atleast 8 to 9 hours in a day.
