RCM is a multilevel marketing business where you have to get new members, sell products and create a performing team to earn money. Like any other business, it's not easy you have to put a lot of effort initially to learn and create networks. The other challenging task is to keep your team motivated and meet monthly goals to get incentives and bonuses. It will take time but yes once you have a good team (both upline and downline) you can earn handsome amount of money. It's a commission-based business so you will earn based on the volume you and your team will sell.
