Hi dear many congratulations for pregnancy. Don’t worry back pain is one of the common as we put on lot of extra weight which actually put lot of pressure on our back. Light walking, stretching, gentle massage and other remedies will help to get relieve. When I had this pain in my pregnancy I followed these steps: Sit in a chair with your feet flat on the groundLift your left leg, and place your left ankle on your right kneeLean forward slowly, keeping your back straightYou’ll start to feel the stretch in your lower back and glutesHold the stretch for 30 secondsRepeat with your right leg
