Wow congratulations for pregnancy dear as u have conform abht pregnancy now consult to ur gynologist nd take folic acid supplements as its very necessary..folic acid s pregnancy superhero ..so take it according to ur drs preservatives..take rest ,take healthy diet too..take care .
