Congratulations for pregnancy dear I also have same confusion abht yoga nd exercises. My gynologist tells me if there a no complication as low lying placenta, bleeding pain or short cervix then yoga nd exercises as well as walking is safe . She told me in 2 trimester alom vilom, suryanamashkar, cat post, tree pose,triangle pose s safe .so if ur pregnancy s normal without complication u can do exercises as well as u can go for walk 15 20 min twice a day it's also safe.. try it take care happy pregnancy
