Hey dear congratulations for pregnancy dear when the fertilized egg implants to the border line of uterus then 20 to 25%womens have bleeding spotting especially in 1 trimester. So consult to ur gynologist nd take medicines injection according to ur drs prescription. Take complete rest ,avoid sex ,avoid carry heavy things ,dont take stress too..avoid oily spicy junk food..take care
