What are the best remedies to get baby and mummy cockroaches especially from the kitchen ?

My son often take long sleep during mornings, what are the best methods to make him sleep?
I have tried swaddling and Use a sleep sack and slumber buddy for my little one. The music and lights helps lots. I know, this is making you low but don’t worry, as the time progress everything settles down soon. Take care bye
