Hello dear,
Hope you are doing good. As for the situation you are facing, I woud suggest all the families who are facing problems, make a group and talk to them. Sometimes talking helps. You can tell them to maintain a time line or whatever suits both the party. If this doesnot work then talk to the owner of the house and let him speak in the soceity office. Then they will also take some step.

Hi dear, I am really sorry that you have to go through this. As per rule, a company cannot ask its pregnant woman employee to leave the job. You can talk to the HR and see if anything can be done. If you want you can sue them but that will be a lot of stress specially when you r pregnant. If nothing works out, talk to your family members and see if they can manage till you are able to find a new job or you can start some homebased business also till that time. Hope this helps. Take... Heavy bleeding just after 1 week of delivery. Can you please suggest
hey guys plz help i just gave birth last week so I feel I’m bleeding heaving sometimes I see clots. Is that normal or anything else? Can anyone please suggest should I visit doctor for this?

Hello dear,
Congratulations on your delivery. Bleeding also known as lochia after delivery is normal. Generally bright red and a little heavy bleeding is there in the first 10 days. After that it lightens and then it stays for 4-6 weeks. But if the flow is heavier or the clots is bigger then the size of a plum and there is continous heavy flow, then please consult the doctor dear.

Hello dear, Congratulations dear for your new house. Kitchen as per me is the most necessary part of our home. Recently I also shifted to a new house and made a modular kitchen. What we did was, used waterproof plywood in kitchen. Choose bright colours. We inculted white to make the kitchen look bright. Kept a lot of cabinets in such a manner that everything is within the range. Try to keep ur kitchen clutter free. You can get more ideas on Pinterest. Hi dear,
Yes, you can definetly change ur attorney. But there is simple procedure to follow. You need to take permission from the court with a written request which you can get it done with help with the new attorney. Also you need to get a no objection certificate (NOC)from your current attorney.
Incase your attorney refuses to give noc, then you can appeal against the attorney in the court.

Hello dear, Learning a foreign language is definetly going to improve your career prospect and its a good decision. So, as for Spanish or German, my suggestion will be German or French though there are more Spanish speaking countries.But many banks, world organisations, tech companies and of course fashion companies use French and German. Hello dear, it is great to hear that you are encouraging your daughter to maintain personal hygiene and I appreciate it. Since your daughter is small it is natural to wet her panties. You can try giving her some napkins to gently tap on her private area to remove the excess water. This way she will not wet her panties.
