Buying flat in Bangalore without OC CC

I want to buy a property in Bangalore, it's a resale property construction completed in the year 2016. The owner has A khata certificate and tax receipts but does not possess CC & OC. Will it be legal to possess without OC CC but Khata certificate?
Latest advice
Buying a flat without an Occupancy Certificate (OC) and Completion Certificate (CC) carries significant legal and financial risks, even if the owner holds an A Khata. While A Khata allows property tax payment and registration, it does not certify that the building complies with safety and construction norms. Only the OC proves the building is legally constructed according to approved plans and is safe for residential living. Without an OC, local authorities like BBMP can classify the building as unauthorized, potentially leading to future penalties, utility connection issues, or legal notices for plan deviations. Furthermore, purchasing without an OC/CC creates... See more

Can you suggest some remedies for stretch marks? How to hide them?

I love wearing sarees and i rap it perfectly below my navel, but due to stretch marks, I prefer wearing occasionally and feel under-confident because my scars are visible. Can you suggest some remedies for stretch marks? How to hide them?
Latest advice
First, please remember that stretch marks are a natural, beautiful part of motherhood and growth—never let them take away your confidence! To help fade them over time, massage your waist daily with warm sweet almond oil, coconut oil, or Bio-Oil to boost collagen and skin elasticity. Applying fresh aloe vera gel daily also helps lighten scars. For more noticeable results, you can consult a dermatologist for options like microneedling or laser therapy. To instantly hide them when wearing your favorite low-waist saree, try using a high-coverage, waterproof body concealer matched to your skin tone, set with translucent powder. You can... See more

Need advice on beauty product

Body Shop is my all-time favorite brand most of the products I use from it. But for a few months, I am getting frequent pimple breakouts on my skin. Its generally on my chin and forehead area. Does by any chance the product is not suiting to me?
Latest advice
Beta, it's very possible that your skin's needs have changed, even if The Body Shop was your favourite for years. Our skin is quite dynamic; factors like hormonal changes (stress, diet, menstrual cycle, or even approaching menopause) can significantly alter how it reacts to products. What suited you before might now be too rich, too drying, or simply no longer compatible, especially if the product formulations have subtly changed too. I would suggest taking a short break from the products you suspect. Try simplifying your routine with gentle, natural cleansers for a while, perhaps a bit of multani mitti or... See more

Managing dust allergies in a dusty environment requires a smart cleaning routine. First, invest in a zippered, hypoallergenic mattress protector that fully encloses the mattress. This stops dust mites from entering and can be easily washed every two weeks in warm water. Wash your bedsheets weekly and let the mattress air out for 15 minutes every morning before making the bed to release trapped moisture. To handle dust on mattresses and carpets, use a vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter at least twice a week, as it traps fine particles instead of blowing them back into the room. If space... See more
