I am having anxiety and irritation as I am feeling I have gained some weight. Because of my health issues, I have to maintain the right weight which I am unable to do so as all the fitness centers and gyms are closed. I can't even go out for a walk because of the sealed area. May I know how you guys are maintaining weight straying at home?

This seems to be the mostly asked question in this situation, but honestly telling you actually can keep your weight in check without Gym or fitness centers, yes yes you heard me correct, the basic mantra of keeping weight at bay is calorie deficit and regular exercise ,now I understand we all are not fortunate enough to have a gym setup at home but yes your bodyweight is enough to do the trick , you can start HIIT training at home ,if you have resistance bands you can use them as well , you can search in youtube with the aforesaid names of exercise and you wil get a lot of help, go ahead and give it a try , all the best 👍
