How can I fix my daily routine and habbits

Since this lockdown started I am fed up with my daily routine actually, it has been disturbed. We wake up late, sleep late at night, breakfast at 11 AM, and lunch at 3 PM. I am worried that it will impact our health. No fixed routine and I get tired soon. No time for exercise and frustration level has been increased. I am worried about my family. Do you all have the same issue or sailing on the same boat? What are you doing to get this fixed?

yes, dear, it's the same story at my place too. since lockdown has started we have been waking up late, late breakfast, late lunch each and every daily chores are done very lately. don't worry dear Since we don't know how long this will continue to. hence I was really worried and sometimes frustrated too. Plan your day well. involve your family in planning and set a schedule and encourage your family members to follow that. last week we all discussed together and wrote it on a paper. we need to wake up by 7 am in the morning, adding to it we have been fixed the timings for breakfast, lunch and dinner and exercise. The very starting two days we couldn't adjust and follow that schedule, like at 8:30 am we listed as breakfast time but we could do that at 9 am. that's ok no problem. we have been working very hard and finally we reached. Also, I have been appreciating my kids and all the family members for their support which is not only keeping us happy but making us very healthy. You can try this small tip dear. I hope this helps.

Oh beti, many of us are sailing in the same boat since the lockdown. It's completely normal to feel this way, but you're right to be concerned about your family's health. The key is to start with one small change and build from there. Don't try to fix everything at once, as that can be overwhelming.

Begin by trying to wake up just 15-30 minutes earlier each day for a week. Once you master that, gradually shift breakfast and lunch times. A fixed wake-up time will automatically bring some discipline to your entire day, giving you a small window for yourself – perhaps some light exercise or meditation. Involve your family by making a morning walk or a quick household chore a shared activity. Consistency, even in small steps, is what truly helps!
