Hi dear, very good question.Good to know that you take care of health very much. water is the main constituent or healthy liquid that helps your food in aiding digestion. I always drink one glass of water before half an hour of a meal bcz it is said that this helps our meal in good digestion. We must make sure that soon after meal or before meal or during the meal we should not drink water as the water will dilute all the digestive juices. Hence I always prefer drinking water an hour after the meal which helps my body to absorb the nutrients. I suggest one full glass of around 100-200 ml of water after an hour of your meal. in a day, 2-3 liters of water is necessary for our body to avoid dehydration and other issues.
