Hello Dear
If you are facing these problems then you have to take care of your diet, I would suggest you to take healthy diet such as green vegetables, pulses, fresh fruits except banana, mangoes etc, oats, daliya etc. Take small meals. Avoid junk food, oily food, maida, sugary food like sweets, rice, potatoes, caffeine etc. Do regular exercises, walking, yoga etc. Take Sleep atleast for 8 hours. Avoid stress and consult with a good doctor and follow your doctor's advice.
