Hello dear,
Lifestyle plays an important role in every aspect and yes hair growth also is affected.. Having a healthy lifestyle helps in every way... For stopping hair fall and ensure proper hair growth important is having a balanced diet with plenty of water... But having meals on time, taking proper rest and getting exercise is also equally important.. I myself have faced it... Do make sure you have a healthy lifestyle and believe me it will be helpful.

I was also facing the same since 1 year. Now i have changed something in my daily routine. I drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday. Low your stress level. Take less alcohal and smoke. I am using a oil which contain coconut oil, 2 vitamin E capsule( which you can take from medical shop easily), 1 tsp of castor oil. Apple on your hair at night time. Give massage full 15-20 min. Before washing wrap ur hair in hot towel. In morning time wash with herbal shampoo. Don’t use Antihairfall shampoo. After washing with normal water the last water would be RO water. Eat gooseberry on regular basis.
You can also use onion juice over your hair. The process will be same.
You will definitly see the result within 1-2 month.
