It is normal, keep taking proper diet regular and follow the same schedule, like you have to set the alarm for waking up and sleeping too, and have healthy meal during at proper timings so the weight will be stable. Have tried to loose weight from last 2 months and follow the same pattern daily it is helping me alot, I have fixed time for everything, I usually gets up early morning then do my exercises and then take warm water and then I take proper breakfast and then fruits chat and then lunch and then green tea and make sure you dinner or last meal will be done before 7 to 8 clock after that try not to eat anything, this will help you alot and avoid junk food, oily food,cut down sugary substances like sugar,chocolates, sweets etc. Follow the same patterns you will get definitely good result.
