Hello Dear
Calorie needs are often higher during the teenage years than any other time of life. You can give 2 times of milk and 1 time curd and give pulses, sprouts, soya chunks, fruits, green vegetables, daliya in regular basis and keep your boys body hydrated. If your boy is full active then he must have calorie 3200 or in normally he need 2400 calories per day.
