Brushing and flossing twice a day is the best remedy dear, you can buy sensodyne whitening toothpaste from any chemist shop, this paste has prescribed by my cousin's doctor as her problem is also same and I would suggest you to try a home remedy too which I am gonna sharing with you - mix a teaspoon of baking soda with a few drops of water then apply it to your toothbrush it will take some time but gradually you will see the difference for sure with in a month. Have lots of vegetables and fresh fruits in a day. Take care.
It's completely understandable to feel concerned about yellow teeth, especially when home remedies haven't yielded results. In such cases, the very first and most important step is to consult a dentist. They can accurately determine the underlying reason for your teeth's discoloration, which might range from surface stains to other dental issues, and then recommend the safest and most effective whitening solution tailored for you.
Your dentist might suggest professional cleaning, specific dental procedures, or guide you towards an appropriate over-the-counter whitening toothpaste. While many brands like Colgate Optic White, Pepsodent Whitening, or Himalaya Sparkly White are popular for stain removal, it's always best to use them under professional guidance. Maintaining excellent oral hygiene with regular brushing and flossing is also crucial for overall tooth health and brightness.
