Question
My husband is 35 years old and his recent reports says he is having little high cholesterol level. He has family history of diabetes and BP issues. I am always worried about his health and now it came cholesterol level high. What precautions should i take now apart from medication? Should I prefer Homeopathy medicines over Allopathy medicines?
First of all ,I will tell you the main reasons of high cholesterol that are poor diet, smoking, oily or junk food.If your hubby has high cholesterol then he should avoid potatoes, white rice, refined flour.Eat bottle gourd or its juice for cholesterol atleast thrice a week It will be controlled. Try to avoid more chapaties or prathas in day replace them with salad, fruits etc. Make a rountine of yoga or exercise it will also help and dont worry he will be fine soon. If his cholesterol level is very high then you can continue allopathic medicine if you see it will come into range then you can start homeopathic medicines because it is safe. Take care. Good luck.
