Hi dear,
Hope you are doing good. Dear question you have put up completely differs from person to person. I know one of my close friend who did Phd after she got married. Her husband and in-laws gave full support and now she is working also. So here it depends on your future husband or in-laws. You can clearly put up the views when you are meeting your prospect husband and in-laws, only when you are convinced, agree to get married. But never drop your dream of pursuing Phd.
Hope this helps.
All the best
