Hope you are doing good. Weight loss is what now most of us struggle. I was also into similar situation and used to be depressed. But believe me determination is what you need. Intially it is definetly going to be difficult but when you see results you will be motivated. For weight loss what is important is diet and exercise keeps you feet and toned. Diet means eating in the right way, increase proteins and decrease carbs. Definetely fats like too much of oil, butter, cream, cheese, mayo and junk food n drinks should be avoided. Have smaller meals 6-7 times instead of 3 heavy meals. Add tofu, lentils, legumes, sprouts, curd from fat free milk, green peas, chicken, fish and eggs are what is very important. Go for whole fruits instead of juice as they have fibre. Vegetables with high fibre should be included. Add salads to your meals and finish with fat free curd or buttermilk. Go for walk or play your favourite outdoor game. Start with 15 mins and then increase the time slowly. This will help you to build stamina and keep you energetic. Start slowly and you will definetely get results. Dont get disheartened if initially you dont get results as it might take little time.
