Hi dear, now a days many people have low levels especially for vitamin D, I would recommend to take your doctor suggestions. If required depending on the levels doctir would recommend supplements which will help and improve your immune power. Also frequently intake of fluids is must. Sunlight is the best source of vitamin D. Orange, fatty fish are the best foods of vitamin D
