There are several solutions to combat smelly underarms, including:

Proper hygiene: Shower daily and use soap to clean the underarm area, making sure to dry the area thoroughly afterward.

Use an antiperspirant or deodorant: These products can help reduce sweat and neutralize odors.

Change clothes regularly: Wearing clean clothes, especially the ones worn closest to the skin, can help reduce the buildup of bacteria and odors.

Avoid certain foods and drinks: Certain foods and drinks, such as spicy foods, alcohol, and coffee, can make body odor worse.

Keep your armpits dry: Use antiperspirant or deodorant and let it dry before getting dressed. Avoid using fabric softener, which can leave a residue that can trap bacteria.

Consider using natural remedies: Some people find that natural remedies like coconut oil, baking soda, and lemon juice can help reduce body odor.

Consult with a doctor: If your underarm odor persists despite trying these solutions, it may be a sign of a more serious underlying condition such as a hormonal imbalance or a skin infection, so it's best to consult with a doctor for advice.

It is important to keep in mind that everyone's body chemistry is unique, and what works for one person may not work for another. It may take some trial and error to find the solution that works best for you.
