Hii dear after delivery weight gain s common problem..its takes time but loose .so first of all avoid oily spicy junk foods ,take plenty of liquids nd walk ,go 4 walk ,after 6 months of c section do yoga ,take green tea, in morning take lemon juice +honey in warm water too .its also help. Try it hope it ll work 4 u .
