Hii dear yes ur hemoglobin s low so ask to ur doctor nd take iron supplements a according to ur drs prescription..take fresh fruits specially apple ,pomegranate, green vegetables as spinach,meethi nd all green vegetables, nuts ,oats ,ragi ,milk ,cheese ,butter panerr ,curd ,ghee in ur diet ..its helpful in increasing hemoglobin level nd as ur hemoglobin ll increase u ll not feel weakness..take care .lets see what another moms said..
