Hii my sister in law give birth to baby before 10 days ..she have confusion what supplement should she take nd how much time ..any one have idea abht this

Hey dear give best wishes to her on my behalf ...dear I also have same confusion after delivery my gynologist tells me after delivery till 3 to 4 months supplements r very necessary..as in delivery time blood loss so iron nd calcium supplements r very necessary till 3 to 4 months after delivery ..I also take iron nd calcium till 4 months ..nd its gives strength to my bones nd muscles nd increase my hemoglobin too .so advised her to take iron nd calcium according to her gynologist advised take care..
