Hllo dear if u want to loose weight first of all avoid oily spicy junk food , take plenty of liquids nd water as take 8 to 10 glass water , 3 to 4 ltr liquid's , go for walk , do yoga , take green tea , oats , fresh fruits , juices too .its helps u dear.
