Agar aapka skin type normal to dry hai, toh Aqualogica Radiance+ Dewy Sunscreen ya Derma Co 1% Hyaluronic Sunscreen Gel try kar sakti hain; yeh bilkul heavy nahi lagti aur koi white cast bhi nahi chhodti. Agar aapki skin oily hai ya bohot pasina aata hai, toh Re’equil Ultra Matte Dry Touch ya Neutrogena Ultra Sheer bohot achhi hai kyunki yeh matte finish deti hai.
Aap jo bhi brand chunein, hamesha dhyan rakhein ki usme kam se kam SPF 50 aur PA++++ rating ho taaki dhoop se poori protection mile. Bahar nikalne se 15-20 minute pehle ise chehre aur gardan par ache se lagayein, aur agar dhoop mein zyada rehna ho toh har 3 ghante mein reapply zaroor karein.
