Lots of hugs to you and sending positive vibes, however without filing a case getting divorce is not possible. If it is on mutual terms then the cost will be little low otherwise you need to fight it at court. If you have strong evidence you can connect to the women association in your town who might help and also help to establish you financially... Hope this helps.. Take care.
