I am getting frequent back pain from past one week. It seems due to lockdown , lifestyle changed. Can anyone help how to cure it soon.

Hey dear!

Yes you are correct it's the lifestyle change that's taking a toll on our health , less activity, or sitting in a same posture for longer time seems to be one of the main reasons for such pain, infact I myself was suffering through it but few exercises has helped me immensely in treating the same , you can try a few like cat and cow posture, leg raises, calf raises few streches etc. they are quite common and easy to do exercises which won't even take much of your time to perform ,I hope u can take out 10 min atleast for yourself and another important thing is Sunlight which we are completely deprived of during this time, make sure to get it for another10 min, m sure its going to help you ..All the best 👍
