Hello Dear
Thyroid is very common disorder now a days, there are mainly two types of thyroid disorder 1. Hyperthyroidism 2. Hypothyroidism, you have to consult with a doctor for this as doctor will be able to tell you which disorder you are suffering from. In Hypothyroidism, body functions are slow down thats why weight gain is very common issue. Exercises is magic pill of thyroid patients so take time for yourself and do some exercises, yoga, walk etc. Eat healthy food, add vegetables, fruits, dryfruits in your food. Dont take stress.
