hello dear!! Calcium is an important mineral for our body which not only supports our bones but also our teeth. Calcium helps our heart rhythm too. yes, calcium is lacking in many individuals due to many reasons. This is very common. but don't worry include calcium-rich foods in your diet like dairy products milk, paneer, homemade yogurt, green leafy veggies like Spinach, Broccoli, Cabbage, etc if you are non-vegetarian, try to eat fish which have more bones in it. soy milk & tofu are rich in calcium. A handful of brazil nuts and almonds is a must daily to increase calcium content. sounds good that you are taking many calcium-rich foods to increase your calcium levels naturally. Change your eating habits, avoid fast foods, eat slower and in smaller portions, increase your exercise like walking, avoid caffeine drink plenty of water .
