The Weight gain problem is facing by everyboud now these days, I would suggest you to do some exercises or yoga instead of keto diet, have healthy food like add fruits, green vegetables, pulses,sprouts, dryfruits etc in your diet. Take some time for yourself do squats, jumping, brisk walk at home if possible then go on the roof. Avoid oily, junk food ,sweets etc. I know this is little bit tough but not impossible. One of my friend has bad experience in keto diet because she has problem of low blood pressure and keto diet could cause kidney stones, constipation, nutrient deficiencies and an increased risk of heart disease. Strict diets like keto could also cause social isolation or disordered eating so I would personally suggest you to take time for yourself and do some yoga aasan or exercises it will help you for sure.
