I would you to stay at home most of the time, if you want to go outside then use mask and gloves and keep a distance atleast 2m with anyone, don't go outside without a reason. Make a list which you need and go out for only one time and bring all needy thingswhich you have listed, wash your hands frequently or use sanitizer frequently and avoid to touch eyes, nose or mouth. Follow the rules made by the government in the beneficial of us and country seriously and increase your awareness about it:) take care.
