I don't know why i am getting lot of anxiety panic issues. I don't in this situation we have to stay calm but this virus has taken place in my mind and i feel everywhere it is. because of that i locked myself in my home since months. But now i am loosing my temper and getting irritated. I start crying easily. How to handle myself.

Hello dear, this type of depression is not good for you and your family. It might affect and worsen your health. Try not to worry. Wearing mask, hand gloves, sanitizers will help you to prevent from the virus. Also go and get fresh air daily atleast for 20-30 min. Walk and exercise well. Drink plenty of water. I suggest you to do meditation. These will help you reduce your stress.
