A low-grade fever (99°F to 99.5°F) lasting for three days alongside weakness means your body is fighting off a viral infection and needs gentle care. Please schedule a visit with a doctor for a proper checkup, as a persistent fever shouldn't be ignored. In the meantime, prioritize complete bed rest and keep yourself well-hydrated with warm water, coconut water, fresh ORS, and tulsi-ginger tea to regain strength quickly.
Eat light, nutritious, and easily digestible foods like warm khichdi, daliya, or soups. Avoid self-medicating beyond standard paracetamol for body aches, and let your physician guide your treatment. If you develop symptoms like high chills, severe headaches, or vomiting, seek medical attention immediately. Take a break from daily household chores and let your body rest and recover.
