Hii dear there are so many reason of weight as stress, improper diet ,less liquids nd water nd thyroid too .so avoid oily spicy junk food, avoid maida nd maida made food .take 8 to 10 glass water nd 3 to 4 ltr liquids as buttermilk,coconut water,fresh fruit juices, lemonate too .avoid ghee nd ghee made things. Take oats ,sooji in diet ,take balanced diet nd if then also weight s gaining go for thyroid test too take care
