How to increase hemoglobin level..
Hemoglobin increase karne kiliye kya le sakte hai?? Pls suggest ur views guys my hb is 8.6 present time.

Oh dear ur hemoglobin is too low .same happens to me also in last September. I consult to my physician ND take iron ND multivitamin supplements too it's helps me a lot .along with this I start taking healthy diet as green vegetables, fresh fruits, oats ,ragi Dry fruits too it's helps in increasing hemoglobin too. U can try it first consult to physician too .
